2010 USSBA Fall event host discount extended

Reserve your band's show date by Jan. 15th

Fall may seem to be a long way away given this winter of extreme snow and cold, however the US Scholastic Band Association is at full speed in lining up events for the marching band season. With that, we are happy to extend our Early Bird Discount to schools until Jan. 15th, allowing directors to lock in 2009 prices for your band’s 2010 event.

“Due to this unusual winter of heavy snow in some regions, coupled with the holiday break, we felt it necessary to extend our early-bird discount program by a few days to allow any schools interested in hosting in 2010 the opportunity to take advantage of 2009 pricing,” said Tara-Lee Bryant, USSBA Local Event Coordinator.

“Up to this point, about half of the schedule is already filled by our Early Bird hosts, so we encourage you to sign-up and lock-in to guarantee a great price and your choice of dates before they all run out!”

Bands interested in hosting an event this Fall have until Jan. 15th to submit their Intent to Host form along with payment in full for either a Gold or Silver Star show.  Complete the Intent to Host form by CLICKING HERE and submitting online or by printing and faxing to (610) 821-1452.

The Early Bird Discount is available to all participating schools. Bands do not have to be a returning host to take advantage of this great deal.

“If you’ve been contemplating upgrading your event to a USSBA sanctioned event, or hosting an event as a fundraiser for the first time, now’s is absolutely the best time of the year to do it,” Bryant said.

Hurry before the discounts end Jan. 15th!
