Cadets Hall of Fame nominations streaming in

Cut-off for submissions is midnight Sunday, April 11

Just a few more days remain to submit your nominations for 2010 Class of the Cadets Hall of Fame. Nominations will not be accepted after midnight on April 11, according to the timeline set by the Hall of Fame Committee.

Since the nomination process began March 1, submissions have been steadily streaming in as some of the most remarkable and dedicated individuals are recognized by their colleagues and peers. When the nomination process closes on Sunday, the Hall of Fame Committee will review the nominations and select qualified nominees for inclusion on the official ballot provided to the Electors (registered members of the Cadets Alumni Association.)

Nominees for the 2010 Class will be announced on Friday, April 16 when Electors will have the opportunity to review the ballots and cast their votes online through The Cadets Web site. Voting will take place until midnight June 1.

The Class of 2010 will be announced June 18 at The Cadets-hosted debut show at J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown, Pa. They will be inducted on Aug. 8 during the 4th Annual Alumni Gathering in Northern New Jersey. Details on the event are being finalized.

Letters of nomination should be sent to Caryn Goebel, Coordinator for the Cadets Hall of Fame, by email at caryn@yea.org, or by mail to: Cadets Hall of Fame, Youth Education in the Arts, 601 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, Pa., 18101.
