USSBA directors in Virginia, Maryland to meet Wednesday

With the end of the 2010 Indoor season and preparations well underway for the 2010 USSBA fall marching band season, the USSBA is excited to announce the next date in our Listening Tour series of town-hall style forums for band directors, colorguard and percussion directors and band boosters at West Springfield High School in West Springfield, Va., on Wednesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. 

“We’re looking forward to meeting with the great group bands, guards and drumlines in the Maryland and Virginia regions and discuss activities for the 2010-2011 school year,” said Sean King, Director of the USSBA. “With the memories of the indoor season fresh in our minds, we are excited to discuss opportunities for the next year as well as share some of the new ideas and initiatives for the fall as well.” 

Attendance is open to all individuals representing current and potential USSBA participating bands, guards and drumlines. The agenda will include:
