Pick the creative minds of Crown, Cavaliers & Cadets!

Three 'C' Season Opener on June 18 features mid-way Q&A

After The Cadets, Carolina Crown and the Cavaliers perform for the first time on June 18 at The Three ‘C’ Double Play Season Opener at J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown, Pa., drum corps fans will have the opportunity to participate in a Question/Answer session with several of the corps’ creative geniuses!

Jeff Sacktig, the Drill Designer of The Cadets, Drew Shanefield from The Cavaliers, and Michael Klesch of Carolina Crown will field questions from fans during the show’s intermission, offering design and production insight to each production.

‘Mad World’ by The Cavaliers

Each and every 2010 production will, without a doubt, dazzle and entertain! But after you see it for the first time, you could have a few questions.

Through the unique and first of its kind show concept of The Three ‘C’ Double Play Season, fans can engage with the corps’ creative teams, pick their brains, and find out what it takes to convey their artistry on a football field!

Following intermission, the three corps will perform again, giving fans the chance to relate what they heard. Adding a twist to the format, the corps will be scored both times they perform, and the average of those scores will determine that evening’s winner!

To welcome fans to the first show of the season, directors of the three corps performing that evening will be on hand at the spectator entrance of J. Birney Crum Stadium starting at 7 p.m. to say hello and talk a little shop!

Come early and meet Adolph DeGrauwe, Director of the Cavaliers, Jim Coates, Executive Director of Carolina Crown, and George Hopkins, Director of the Cadets!
