    Hand Drumming: Lunchtime Stress Relief
    Mondays, Noon to 1 p.m.

Come by on your lunch hour and feel the stress fade away with every beat! Led by Drum Circle Facilitator Maureen “Moe” Jerant, this class is designed for adults to rejuvenate their spirit through hand drumming, a proven method to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being. At the same time, discover your hidden musical abilities!

Drum Circle for Kids and Family
    Wednesdays, 5-6 p.m.

This after-school and work session will bring the family together during a spirited and fun Hand Drumming Circle for all ages. As Drum Circle Faciliator Maureen “Moe” Jerant says, it’s a rhythm party where you’re allowed to make plenty of noise!

No experience necessary for either class! Just show up, grab a drum and start feeling the beat!
