2010 Event Staff Schedule Updates 9/5/10

Here's the Updated Schedule

After the first round of the schedule, we were happy to confirm a great deal of the schedule.

We have posted the newest version of the schedule. For the most part, if you confirmed, we are all squared away. Here is the newest version of the schedule: YEA.org/ussba/eventstaff.htm

As for color coding in the schedule, those assignments in red are recent switches. If you are listed in red, please confirm the change with the USSBA.

All cells which are in blue are open assignments. If your schedule makes you available on the listed date, let us know and we will schedule you in for the assignment. Otherwise, we will be in contact with training schedule, tabulation updates, USSBA wearables and credentials as we get closer to the first events.

Unconfirmed Assignments

As of August 19, there are a few individuals who have not confirmed their assignments. We understand that with vacations and spam filters, we always have an issue or two on the first round of confirmations. That being said, we are still very far ahead of where we normally are at this time in the process. If you are listed below, we have yet to hear from you as to your plans for the fall. Please contact Courtney Beard at Courtney@YEA.org with your confirmation or any conflicts that you have with the schedule.
