A creative mind and a good eye sought to tell compelling stories

Youth Education in the Arts has been blessed to have some talented individuals involved with the Cadets and our various video creations, including the well received Cadets ALL-ACCESS series., CLICK HERE for samples of the work our recent ALL ACCESS teams.

YEA! is now looking for videographer/editors for the 2011 All Access Series and other projects. Indeed, this position is open and ready today for a later year college student or a recent graduate who wants to make a difference, and create products that receive great viewing in the activity.

What are the projects?  Well, creation, filming and editing of various work to include:

  • Instructional Video Projects for Web and DVD sales
  • YEA! Institutional Promotion Video Products
  • USSBA Indoor All Access and Promotional Products
  • Cadets Spring Training/Tour All Access Episodes  (May 15-Aug. 15 on site and on tour commitment)

We are a visual activity and there are many possibilities if we can attract a talented and creative team member(s).

This is NOT a full time job. In fact, the fees are probably more in line with that of an internship. For a summer on the road: $5,000, plus all meals and transportation (you will be part of the corps family), and that very well could be payment for two videographers. Other events and projects will be negotiated. For the right talent, we could negotiate but rest assured we are an honest to goodness non-profit. YEA! will own all work produced.

To be considered:

  • We would need to see examples of your  work (videography/editing)
  • We may ask you to shoot and edit a rehearsal weekend or event.
  • Able to begin work on projects immediately and be available full time May 15- Aug15.
  • Schooling; on the way to a career in film, video, documentaries, etc.
  • Applicants must be age 20 or older,  22+ is preferred
  • A Career in Videography and Video editing should be your goal. No hobbyists please.
  • Salary requirements and expectations?

Please send a resume and letter of interest to Bill Speakman at Include links to your work. Postal submissions should be sent to:
