Kick-off Weekend Is upon Us!

The weather looks great and the trophies are ready

It’s here! A cool, fall breeze is in the air, as bands nationwide spend this week rehearsing for their upcoming first shows. This weekend, the USBands competitive season officially kicks off at four competitions in four different states. As Saturday approaches, the weather looks to be perfect for marching band:

Edison, NJ:  Partly Cloudy, High 77o       partly cloudy1.png

Danbury, CT:  Partly Cloudy, High 73o      partly cloudy1.png

In other news, it’s Trophy Week here in the USBands office. Our staff is hard at work building all of the trophies for this year’s competitions. Here’s just a small fraction of what’s to come!

USBands would like to wish all participating members and staff the very best for this coming season. We look forward to the beginning of a great twenty-fourth competitive marching band season!

Note to band directors: As your band schedules for regular-season competitions and regionals, please keep in mind that all show scheduled will be created and distributed by the USBands office staff. Please do not send alternative schedules out to your participating units. However, if you would like to create a schedule, you are welcome to submit it to USBands for approval and distribution. Thanks so much for your cooperation!

Remember, USSBA is now USBands!
