Introducing The Great 2013 USBands Video Challenge at Championships

In a first-of-its-kind contest off the field, USBands announces The Great 2013 USBands Video Challenge, in which schools can earn $3 for every DVD of their band purchased at USBands championship events on Nov. 2 and 9. Plus, the winning band in each group will receive free USBands membership for 2014.

The Great 2013 USBands Video Challenge will pit bands of like size against one another in a competition to see who can raise the most money and which band program will receive the grand prize of a free USBands 2014 Membership.

Each of the six groups (1 A through 6 Open) will compete independently of one another, ensuring that no band has a competitive advantage and that all parents have the same opportunity to support their bands towards victory!

The contest has now begun, so be sure to follow our Live Leaderboard updates right up to the midnight deadline on Nov. 15, 2013. The Live Leaderboard will also be updated onsite at the State and National Championships at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ; J. Birney Crum Stadium in Allentown, Pa.; Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, MD; and Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tenn.

What do you have to do to play? Simply order your band's DVD for either the 2013 National Championships, Southern States Championships, or Mid-Atlantic States Championships, and then encourage your friends to do the same! All DVD orders for your band will count towards your fundraising total.
